See you at the 2017 UVM Hops Conference!
Whether you're a new hops grower looking for start-up tips or an experienced farmer, there's huge value to be gained from the continuing education provided by the several university extension sponsored annual conferences in the Northeast. Moreover, the hops crowd is a fun one, and these events offer a great opportunity to trade war stories and enjoy the 'fruits of our labor.'
The Cornell University conference at SUNY Morrisville in December provided extensive programs for both beginning and experienced growers, respectively, as well as a nice slate of social activities highlighted by special tastings of one-time brews by Saranac and Ommegang. Next up? The University of Vermont's 2017 Hops Conference on Saturday, February 25th from 9am to 4:30pm at the Sheraton in Burlington. To read more about the action-packed program, view the event flyer. You can register online (and even attend the sessions virtually).
The Pioneer Plant Tech crew will be on hand in the exhibition area to meet you all in person and get your feedback from the field. Looking forward to seeing you there!
